Message From The Chairman, Governing Body AIT,
Mr. Muhammad Akber Ali Khan

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

” A nation cannot progress without education.”

— Sir Syed Ahmed Khan

It is with immense pride and a deep sense of responsibility that we welcome you to Aligarh Institute of Technology (AIT) — an institution inspired by the educational philosophy of Sir Syed Ahmed Khan, the pioneer of modern Muslim education in the subcontinent. His legacy encourages us to combine knowledge with character, technical skills with moral values, and ambition with service to the community.

Aligarh Institute of Technology was established as part of this noble vision — to create a hub of technical and professional education that empowers the youth of our community to rise and lead. This institution was brought into being through the dedication and dream of Late Mr. Muhammad Zakir Ali Khan, whose contributions laid the cornerstone of Aligarh Institute of Technology (AIT). Today, we continue his mission and I, myself as Chairman of the Governing Body, Aligarh Institute of Technology (AIT) a proud custodian of my father’s enduring legacy.

We are committed to creating an academic environment where innovation thrives, curiosity is nurtured, and students are equipped to meet the challenges of the modern world. The values of integrity, excellence, and service remain at the heart of everything we do.

Dear students of Aligarh:

اللَّهُمَّ انْفَعْنَا بِمَا عَلَّمْتَنَا وَعَلِّمْنَا مَا يَنْفَعُنَا وَزِدْنَا عِلْمًا

“O Allah! Benefit us with what You have taught us, teach us what will benefit us, and increase us in knowledge.”

May your journey at Aligarh Institute of Technology (AIT) be filled with success, sincerity, and purpose. We pray that you uphold the values of Aligarh and become a source of pride for your family, your community, and your country.

With heartfelt duas and best wishes,

Mr. Muhammad Akbar Ali Khan

Chairman, Governing Body

Aligarh Institute of Technology (AIT)

Message From The Convener,

Aligarh institute of technology,
Syed Muhammad Mohsin Kazim

بِسْمِ اللّٰہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْم

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

“Ignorance is the enemy of progress. Only through the light of knowledge can a nation rise to its true potential.”

— Sir Syed Ahmed Khan

It gives me immense pride and a deep sense of duty to pen this message to the students and well-wishers of Aligarh Institute of Technology (AIT). As Convener, I view education not merely as a path to employment, but as a sacred journey toward enlightenment, empowerment, and ethical leadership.

Aligarh Institute of Technology (AIT) stands as a beacon of opportunity for young minds. We do not just aim to teach; we aim to transform — through practical skills, disciplined learning, and values that shape character. In today’s rapidly evolving world, it is no longer enough to possess knowledge; what matters is how we apply it with honesty, purpose, and a heart for service.

I encourage each student to embrace the challenges of learning with courage, to respect their teachers, and to support one another as a community. Our strength lies in unity, humility, and consistent effort. At Aligarh Institute of Technology (AIT), you are not just earning a diploma — you are building the foundation of your future.

Let us reflect on this powerful verse from the Holy Qur’an:

يَرْفَعِ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَالَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ دَرَجَاتٍ

“Allah will raise those who have believed among you and those who were given knowledge, by degrees.”

(Surah Al-Mujadila: 11)

Dear students: you are the architects of tomorrow. Use your time here with intention, with discipline, and with faith in your potential. May you grow not just in knowledge, but in wisdom, patience, and service to humanity.

With sincere prayers and encouragement,

Syed Muhammad Mohsin Kazim

Convener,

Aligarh Institute of Technology (AIT)
